Terms of service

SubmitLinksNow (submitlinksnow.com) is run by Deliberate Pty Ltd, PO Box 32, Bassendean WA 6054, Australia (“we”, “us”). By making an account or paying, you agree to these terms. If you use SubmitLinksNow for a business, you agree to them for that business too.

What you get

For each website you pay for, you get:

• answers for directory forms, written by Claude from your website, which you can change;
• our list of directories, with domain ratings, costs and a fit check for your website;
• the copy panel, which shows each directory’s questions with your answers;
• a place to keep track of where you’re up to with each directory.

You submit to each directory yourself. We don’t submit for you, and we don’t pay any directory’s fee.

Price and payment

It costs US$29 per website, paid once through Stripe before we start. There’s no subscription and nothing renews. Prices may change, but never for a website you’ve already paid for.

Refunds

If it isn’t for you, email hello@submitlinksnow.com within 7 days of paying and we’ll refund you in full, for any reason. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded website is locked at once and deleted 30 days later.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer law where you live. If something we sell has a major failure, you’re entitled to a refund whenever you ask.

Your account

• Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give us an email address that’s yours and that you read; it’s how we reach you.
• You need to be 18 or over.

Your website and your answers

• Only add websites you own or are allowed to promote.
• Check your answers before you send them anywhere. They’re written by software from what your site says, and can be wrong. What you submit to a directory is up to you, and you’re responsible for it.
• The answers are yours to use anywhere, during and after your time with us. You give us permission to read your website and keep what we need from it to provide the service.

What isn’t allowed

Don’t use SubmitLinksNow for websites that are illegal, deceptive, adult, gambling or malware sites, or that infringe someone else’s rights. Don’t try to break or overload the service, get into other people’s accounts, or resell access. We may close an account that does, and refund any website not yet used.

Directories

Directories are run by other people. They decide what they list, what they charge and how long a listing stays, and they can change their forms and rules at any time. Their domain ratings come from third-party tools and change over time. We keep our list as current as we can, but we can’t promise every detail is right on the day you look.

No promises about results

We don’t promise that any directory will list your product, or that listings will bring traffic, customers or a particular place in search results. Those depend on the directories, on search engines and on your product.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for anything to do with a website is limited to what you paid for it. This doesn’t limit anything the law says we can’t limit, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; we’ll update the date at the top and email account holders about anything that matters. You can stop using SubmitLinksNow at any time and ask us to delete your account. If we ever close the service, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice to copy your answers.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia. If we disagree about something, let’s try to sort it out by email first.
